Adds Primary Term functionality to category-like taxonomies on non-block editor posts.

ADDS

  • [ADMIN] Adds ability to choose a "Primary Term" for heirarchical/category-like taxonomies on non-block editor posts. This will only work with the classic editor.
  • [FRONT END] Adds "Primary Term" body class to the front end body class.
