1.14.2 - Beaver Builder Schema, PDF Gating and accessibility upgrades

Output Schema.org ItemLists to accompany Beaver Builder Posts module content. Include language in the PDF Viewer for accessibility. Add alt text to Heroicons. Add PDF Gating capabilities and PDF viewer documentation. Other content protection, bb module, and core blocks fixes.

• [Schema] Adds ItemLists to Beaver Builder Posts module output.
• [PDF Viewer] Adds a default 'en-US' lang attribute to the PDF viewer's HTML element. This value can be filtered with the yoko_pdf_language hook.
• [Heroicons] Adds alt text and a fallback title to icon SVGs.
• [Content Protection] Adds PDF Content Protection capabilities when using the custom PDF viewer.
• [PDF Viewer] Adds ability to choose a block theme template for the gated content page.
• [Blocks] Adds options to the core login/logout block to override button text and login action query parameter.

FIXES

• [Content Protection] Increases the priority of the gated content message to ensure the filter runs later and processes any shortcodes.
• [Show/Hide BB Module] Escapes helper attribute content on the Show/Hide BB module to prevent content from rendering in the excerpt and auto-generated post_content column of the post.

CHANGES

• [Content Protection] Changed Yoko Co SSO menu name to YOKO Content Gating for clarity.
